Avacados in Season


Avacados were on sale last week for 25 cents each
so I loaded up and made a double batch of one of my favorite treats.
Here's the (single) recipe:

Guacamole

3-5 avacados, mashed
1 tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
juice of 1/2 fresh lime
salt to taste

Serve with your favorite whole-grain corn chips.

Enjoy!
